Christmas for Kids

Last week the elves at Just Sew spent an afternoon preparing some goodies to help you accessorize your Christmas gifts this year.  The best thing about these gifts is that they are all super quick and easy, and all the patterns are FREE online.  We hope you'll enjoy making them as much as we did.

Is Santa bringing your little one a toy kitchen this year?  The Child's Chef Hat and Reversible Apron from Michael Miller are just what you need to make that kitchen extra special.  Go to Michael Miller's blog, Making It Fun for a free pattern.

Hot Wheels are always a big hit for little boys.  Our car caddie is a great accessory to have to carry little cars with them wherever they go.

I especially love the road fabric from Sweetwater that we used...just right for pretend play, and the Road Sign fabric from Riley Blake is perfect too!

The Cozy Car Caddy tutorial can be found at Homemade By Jill.

Next up is a Crayon Caddy from Just Another Hangup.  Of course we had to make a girl version AND a boy version.

It's just the right size for carrying jumbo crayons.  It also has pockets for a drawing pad and stickers, and a velcro closure.

We hope  you'll have fun making these projects for the little ones in your life.  Stay tuned for some quick and easy gift ideas for teens and grownups....

Happy Sewing!
